About

Katie is a movement specialist, personal trainer and teacher based in Los Angeles. With a BFA in Dance, she combines a deep understanding of movement with a holistic approach to fitness, offering a balanced and supportive movement practice.

She created The Line in 2020—after five years of experience as a group fitness and celebrity trainer in LA. The Line offers a range of classes, blending dance, Pilates, strength and functional movement. Her classes are music driven and integrate breath, resistance, opposition & grounding to create a dynamic and mindful workout experience.

Katie currently teaches movement and breathwork for Open, a mindfulness studio—both online to a global community and in person in Venice, CA.

Certifications:

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance, with extensive training in movement, technique, performance and choreography.
