Katie's a professional dancer turned fitness instructor, based in LA. After almost 5 years working as a group fitness and celebrity trainer she created The Line by Katie Mullen.

Her method is strongly inspired by her dance training and includes dance cardio, core work and pilates based toning. Her classes are music driven and integrate breath, resistance, opposition & grounding. These elements work together to create long lean lines, stability in the body and a balanced mindset.

Katie keeps her workouts quick, effective and most of all fun!
