New Pre/Postnatal Series

As many of you know, I am certified as a Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist. Based on my experience working with expectant clients and new moms, I’ve put together a series of workouts to best support a wide variety of pre/postnatal needs. Whether you are prepping for birth, wanting to regain strength and connection to your body, or trying to stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy, there is something included for you!

  2. Modifications to integrate throughout your workouts.

  4. Express classes that are both pre and postnatal safe.

  5. Guided 360 breathing exercises to deepen your connection to your core and pelvic floor; regain and develop new strength; and even prevent/reverse the effects of diastasis recti.
