I’ve put together a series of workouts to best support a wide variety of pre/postnatal needs based on my experience as a Pre/Postnatal Perfoming Training Specialist — working with expectant clients and new moms. Whether you are prepping for birth, wanting to regain strength and connection to your body, or trying to stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy, there is something included for you!
